Shipping Policy


  • All products will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only, from Monday to Friday. We cannot provide refunds for shipping costs due to delays caused by the postal service.


We are pleased with the improved efficiency of USPS in recent times, but occasional delays still occur. While we always ship on time, we cannot guarantee that the post office will deliver your order within the estimated time frame.

"My package was marked as 'delivered,' but I haven't received it!"

If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please give it a day or two to update. Sometimes, a package may be marked as delivered prematurely by the shipping carrier. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here are our recommendations:

  • Allow an additional business day: USPS delivery vehicles use GPS, which can sometimes automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait for another business day, as the package might have been mistakenly marked as delivered and could arrive the following day or shortly after.
  • Contact your local USPS post office: It is important to reach out to your local post office directly rather than contacting the USPS hotline. Your local post office will provide faster and more efficient service. Inquire about the delivery details and ask who delivered the package on that day. USPS is accustomed to these inquiries and will generally provide helpful information.
  • If the package still does not show up: If your package does not arrive even after following the above steps, please call USPS to file a claim. Please note that Echo Printing cannot reimburse or re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
