Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, receive the wrong item, or find any missing items, kindly contact us within 2 business days. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it for you. In the event that your order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided, please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for us to resend it to you. If you no longer needing the item, we all charge a 5% restocking fee.
